Phil is co-founder of Motion. With over 30 years’ experience in the development industry, he has been instrumental in obtaining planning permission for major development projects and high profile clients.
Phil holds a First Class Honours Degree in Civil Engineering from Kingston University and a Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA) accreditation in advanced road safety engineering. He is a Member of the Institute of Logistics and Transport and of the Chartered Institution of Highways and Transportation.
Phil has a strong technical background, commercial awareness and a passion for delivering results. His strengths include developing access strategies, negotiating and presenting evidence at planning appeals.
Outside the office, Phil enjoys cars, home improvements and skiing. And walking his Havanese Terrier named Lola.
