The Stay Club
KEY FACTS
The Stay Club provides students and young professionals with affordable, premium long- and short-stay accommodation in London.
Motion was commissioned to collect and monitor the travel arrangements of staff and guests of The Stay Club as stipulated in Section 106 Legal Agreement and process required by regulator, WestTrans.
The monitoring programme is now well-established and is clearly illustrating the ethos and operations at The Stay Club encourage and achieve adoption of active and/or sustainable travel.
Surveying required a tailored approach using appropriate means of communication with each target audience while taking opportunities to advertise efforts being made to support and apply active and/or sustainable travel habits. Communications were maintained with the Residence Manager to advise of progress during the monitoring period and supply additional information as required to facilitate and expedite completion.
